Mumbai: BMC data claims no more shortage of beds for COVID-19 patients

As per a statement by BMC, it is said that there is no more shortage of beds in the city. As Arvind Kejriwal, Chief Minister of Delhi recently cited worry with regards to the shortage of the number of beds, BMC now claims that more than 2,000 beds in the city are now vacant for COVID-19 patients. BMC also says that they have added 10,000 beds with 7,400 being occupied in the city. Mumbai, which has been tackling the COVID-19 virus and became an epicenter of the virus itself, this data acts as a relief to many COVID-19 patients who are struggling to find proper medical facilities.
