Shanay Vikram Shah the president of Shalby Hospital, states that "There are certain locations where things are way better than how they were probably a month back. Authorities have issued a letter today stating "you can resume your non-COVID responsibilities and now Shalby indoor is open for all the other specialties." In places like Rajasthan, Punjab, MP we are not told by authorities as things are under control.
