In an ET Now newsbreak, Bharti Airtel's only subsidiary Nxtra Data is looking to raise over $200Mn from Carlyle. Carlyle may pick up 20% stake at $1Bn valuation. The discussions between Carlyle and Bharti Airtel are currently in process and at an advance stage. The official announcement will be made in a few days. Tata Steel Q4 revenue falls 40% | Key takeaways -Tata Steel reported a net loss of Rs 1,095.68 crore for the quarter ended March 31. The company had reported a net profit of Rs 2,430.92 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Its revenues declined 20.40 per cent to Rs 33,769.95 crore in Q4FY20 over Rs 42,423.86 crore in Q4FY19. In an exclusive conversation with ET Now, T. V.
