Apart from sharing his strategy to reboot India post Covid19 he also cautioned against contact tracing apps, spoke about why working from the office is also key and whether he will join the Govt again. He said eventually 2/3rd employees might work in an office with 1/3rd working from home, with people coming to thrice a week. "There is some kind of arrangement where people give up seats when they are not coming. Let's get through the first year," he added. TCS recently said that only 25% of its employees will need to work from its facilities by 2025 and that every employee can work without spending more than 25% of their time in a TCS office.
