Nifty backs below 9,000 mark; Sensex down over 500 points from days high | Airtel among top gainers

Markets today continued to stay slightly low on the end of Nifty, Sensex, however, managed to bein the green. Nifty50 index settled 55.85 points higher at 8,879.10 and Sensex closed 167 points higher at 30,196.17. The gains were led by the autos, banks and metals. Airtel was the top gainer after Bharti Airtel posted their Q4FY20 numbers. Reliance Industries also looks like its having a good day and Baja Finance was also one of the active stock in trade today which leads us to believe that lots of action happening right now in the markets.
