Nifty stocks, ICICI Bank was the top loser, down 7.46% followed by IndusInd Bank and Power Grid Corporation, which fell 7.44% and 4.77% respectively. Hindalco, Bajaj Finserv, Zee Entertainment, Axis Bank, SBI, UPL, JSW Steel, Bharti Airtel, NTPC were the other prominent losers in the Nifty, falling between 3.67%-4.39%. ITC, Hero MotoCorp, Eicher Motors, Gail, Nestle, RIL, Tech Mahindra, Tata Motors, TCS were the other gainers in the index.
