In fact, the increased inter-state movement has also led to Karnataka suspending travel from a few states. Flights, train and vehicle travel from Maharashtra, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan have been suspended by Karnataka. So as India was finally opening up, a rise in cases has put a spanner on smooth reopening of operations.
